About the Space
Recording studio with half a dozen rooms of different size/decor. Walls vary between wood/fabric/acoustic design. Main studio room 25' x 25' with pianos, synthesizers, gorgeous wood panels, and a basketball/roller rink-style wood floor. Ceiling sloped from 11' - 14'. Control room with analog tape machine/mixing console/same floor. Smaller studio with hunter green acoustic fabric walls. Vintage rugs and lamps throughout. Overhead globe pendant lights on Hue system can be adjusted to any color combination. Comfy mid-century lounge/dining area. Full stock of instruments (guitars/basses/drums/keyboards/drum machines/microphones/etc.) available to rent as props (case by case, with supervision). Additional rooms include a melon-colored sewing studio overflowing with colorful fabric and an artist's painting studio in a beautifully designed Spanish-revival room with high, gabled ceilings and beams.

We clean and reset the studio after every music booking and do a deep clean weekly.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
