About the Space
Great modern office space in downtown San Mateo. Great for office meetings, corporate events or filming and production. The layout of this space consists of one large open space, Lounge and seating area, 2 small rooms for phone calls and large private meetings room. Also this space has it own private restroom and kitchenette with large refrigerator. This is a perfect place for large group meetings. Our space come with large rolling white board and large 65 inch smart 4k Tv. This office is located on the first floor. It has easy access digital lock and very easy to carry in production equipment.

We were excited to check out this new space as we always like working with Susan. It proved to be perfect for our particular meeting needs that day...a large conference table to meet around, with various breakout rooms for huddle sessions. Along with easy access to CalTrain and plenty of restaurant options within a few blocks...we had a great team meeting!

This was the prefect venue! I booked the space for a Strategic Offsite for a group of 10 and they loved the space! Susan was a wonderful host, very responsive and very helpful the day of the meeting. The space had an additional breakout room and 2 phone rooms, which the team appreciated. The venue was located in downtown San Mateo, which was walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and more. Even though it was on the main street and Caltrain behind the venue, there were no noise disturbances at all. Definitely will book this venue again!

Susan and team are delightful! We had another one of Susan's spaces secured for 12/12 + 12/13, but she let me know this space had just become available. What a gem?! The space is beautiful and had more than we even needed. We can't wait to book again here and at Susan's other location when it gets warmer to enjoy the outside patio.
