About the Space
Great modern office space in downtown San Mateo. Great for office meetings, events or production. The layout of this space consists of one large open space, Lounge and seating area, 2 small rooms for phone calls or private zoom meetings, one large private room, private restroom and kitchenette. Great for large group meetings. Our room come with large rolling white board and large 65 inch smart 4k Tv. We are located on the first floor with easy street access to bring in production equipment.

Love using Susan's spaces in San Mateo. She and the team are so accommodating and our executives don't mind using outside spaces knowing that we have such good offsite conference rooms available to us so close to the office

We liked this place better than the last one. Having the extra space and dedicated bathrooms was a huge plus. Sarah did an excellent job hosting us again. The extension cord to the projector needs to be replaced as Amy mentioned at the close. I used it for my laptop, and it caused the battery to swell, damaging it beyond repair. I've ordered a new one, and hope that my laptop is undamaged. There isn't a lithium battery in the TV screen so it wouldn't be noticed unless the cord was used with something that contained a lithium battery. "Swollen batteries are the result of two things: energy density and heat. The swelling is the result of too much current coursing, in a noncontrolled fashion, inside a cell of the battery, which causes a build-up of heat and gas. " Thank you, Janice Whitaker
