Modern Young Adult Lived In Suburban Home in a Cul-de-sac

Overall: This is my 3 bedroom 2 bath, well decorated single family home on 0.5 acre. On the outside the house has a wide open front yard, quiet back patio looking into the forest, and a vintage '81 Volkswagen Westfalia parked in the driveway. Inside of the house you find a modern but warm motif, a fireplace in a comfortable Living Room with vaulted ceilings, a tall wooden dining table in the Dining Room, a coffee/liquor station next to the herb garden in the Kitchen, a Sitting Room that can be turned into whatever it needs to be, and a large Primary Bedroom with a king size bed and mirrored closet doors. This house would be great for any independent projects, music videos, interviews, or movies/shows/shorts that are looking for a cozy, modern, youthful, clean but lived-in location! HIGHLIGHTS: - Well decorated. - Wood burning fireplace. - Ample parking. - Quiet/Private. - Tons of yard space. - Vintage van, can be used in production! - Ground level windows, for artificial lighting rigs. - Great natural lighting, best light is in the morning/early afternoons. DETAILS: The large Primary Bed/Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen have vaulted ceilings with great natural light in the mornings. The Sitting Room has regular ceilings, windows that face the front of the house (west), and get great natural light in the afternoons. There are various live plants of all sizes throughout the house including a 10ft umbrella tree. The furniture throughout the house is high quality and maintains a dark wood and charcoal/grey color scheme. The photography canvases hanging around the house were all taken by me. All windows are on the ground level, for any lighting setups. - Front Yard/Patio - A large open grassy front yard with evergreens by the mailbox, a round landscaped arrangement of plants/flowers, a garden along the front patio railing and down the sidewalk to the driveway that can park 4 vehicles. The front patio runs outside of the two west facing rooms (Sitting Room, Studio Room). Two steps lead into the front door. - Living Room - Front door opens with one step down into a large open space with two east facing windows, fireplace, mantle, L couch, entertainment stand, bookshelf w/ record player and records, a corner of various wall art, and a 10ft umbrella tree. - Dining Room - An extension of the living room, the Dining Room connects to the kitchen. Well decorated freestanding shelves, a large fiddle leaf fig, a tall dark wood dining table w/ bench seat, and a south facing sliding glass door leads to the patio. - Kitchen - Connects to the dining room, 2 windows facing south provide well lit natural light in the mornings and afternoons, has a small bar looking out to the dining room, a coffee/liquor station, a large windowsill with plants above the sink, and indoor raised herb garden. - Sitting Room - A kind of catch-all room with a window facing west to the front patio and yard. This room is modular and has been used to setup backdrops for shoots. On a normal day this room has a chaise lounge with two matching end tables, a coffee table by the window with various plants, and a "gentleman's caddy" in the corner. This room can be emptied out and turned into a studio room with backdrop and lighting. - Primary Bedroom - A large room with two windows facing east to the backyard and one facing north toward a neighboring house. Matching wood dresser set, king sized bed, built-in mirrored closet doors, a 10ft tall yucca tree, and independently standing clothing rack. - Primary Bathroom - One window facing east to the back yard over the bathtub, two sinks, one large mirror, small shower, toilet. - Guest Bathroom - No windows. One sink, large mirror, tub/shower combo, toilet. - Back Yard/Patio - Sliding glass door from the dining room opens to a 20ftx20ft uncovered, tiled patio with hedges on the south side providing privacy from the neighbors in the cul-de-sac. The patio contains a small round fire pit, large grill, and plant stands. The back yard has a decent sized flat area then a steep drop off to another flat area, followed by a forest. - Surroundings - House is located on a cul-de-sac in the back of a quiet suburban neighborhood. The location is in the flight path of a local private airport, so drone usage is limited. Mainly small engine planes going in and out in the mornings and evenings, rarely heard inside the house. ADD-ONS - Vanlife - (@thesteelyvan) SteelyVan is the classic 1981 Volkswagen campervan that everyone wants to hit the road in and live the "Vanlife". In an original Assuan Brown (terracotta) paint with wood grain interior, pop up roof, two burner stove, sink, refrigerator, full solar abilities, and convertible sofa bed, outfitted for months out on the road. You can request that the van be on or off of the property free of charge depending on your needs/interests. The "Vanlife" add-on is needed to access the interior of the van for use. I will be on-site during any use of of SteelyVan. - Studio - 3 Basic studio backdrops (black, white, green) on 2 spreader stands, 2 basic lights in softboxes or umbrellas on spreader stands, and 1 high quality fluid head tripod. The backdrops can be used in the Sitting Room (with the rearrangement of furniture into another room), the Garage, or even the Front, or Back, yards if wanted. - Stabilizer - 1 DJI Ronin 3 axis gimbal, 1 high quality fluid head tripod. - Kyle Gonzalez Visuals BUNDLE - As a creative in the photography, graphic design, and video spaces myself, I offer my services and gear on the shoot. This BUNDLE includes the "Vintage Van", "Studio", and "Stabilizer" Add-Ons! - DJ - Yes, I DJ as well! Want background noise between shots? Want to keep the vibe moving throughout a 6 hour model shoot? Want a bearded, longhaired DJ in your shoot? (I'm always down to sign a release!). You give me a handful of genres, artists, and/or songs and I'll mix to your taste, and yes, I'll take requests! A thorough inspection and disinfectant of the property and any Add-On gear will be had immediately after the clients have left. ANY damages will be reported.
