General Rules
No smoking of any kind in the property

OVERTIME
Per Peerspace policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your reservation.
CLEANING
Cleaning fee is not included in hourly rate and may be implemented if renter does not return the space as found. We ask guests to tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in and should factor in setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take good care of our space. Any damages will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and disinfected using proper cleaning supplies according to the CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
