Our classic, 1908 built, Tudor home in Queen Anne on a 6,000 sq ft lot has an incredible side yard situated under a magnificent Western Cedar tree (with a swing of course). The yard + versatile garage is great for hosting small indoor/outdoor gatherings (in case of rain). We know because we host a LOT (lots of kids parties - need an inflatable bounce house?...we got your back!). It also has a sizeable living room, dining room (with great views of the Cascades Mountain range), and finished basement (with loads of kids toys). It's perfect for wedding/baby showers or small gatherings. From a production POV, we've also been told my loads of neighbors that we have the "most perfect Halloween" house. Perhaps it's the leaded windows, boxed ceilings, and stately aura of the house... There has only been 3 owners of this house since 1908 - the first of which was a local hero - he owned a small "five and dime" store and noticed the wooden trusses keeping up the old bridge (before Fremont bridge was built) were shaking and warned everyone not to cross saving countless lives!
