This home would be perfect for any shoot or hosted event. Every inch of the home has been curated by acclaimed designer, Claire Brody, and would bring unique beauty to whatever your purpose is. We would love to have you over to take pictures, film another commercial, prepare & serve food for your guests, or just have a get together and enjoy the open backyard space.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

My wife and I had a small party to celebrate our elopement, with around 20 people. There was plenty of room for both group activities, and cozy nooks for more intimate conversations. The space & Lynda were both wonderful! Lynda was very communicative. Before our event, there was an issue and the house wouldn't have central heating, but Lynda already had a solution prepared so it never became an issue. The house is just as beautiful in person as it is in photos!

This location is absolutely beautiful. We had such a wonderful time celebrating my grandbaby’s upcoming arrival! Lynda was kind and a good communicator. The gas went out before we arrived and she took care of heating the facility so we would be comfortable. It was the perfect temperature. I would definitely recommend booking.

Lynda was a truly exceptional host. Her house was perfect in every way for our baby shower. I can’t wait to rent again for our next event this house feels like home. Beside it being so incredibly beautiful and well designed. Thank you Lynda for everything! Your home gave us memories to last!

We booked this space for our baby shower and it was perfect! Lynda was always very responsive and she even helped with moving around some furniture, setting tables/chairs prior to the event and answered any query that came up which was really great. The kitchen had all of the things like plating, boards, trash bags which we were able to use. I'd definitely recommend this space for anyone looking to host a small, intimate gathering. All of our guests absolutely loved the house as well!
