About the Space

Get away and relax or have your even at this bucolic light filled 2000 sf first floor suite or apartment or condo. Autonomous guest floor suite or condo of a 13,000 sq foot house . about 45 acres of forest and rustic tennis court on the property and also separate guest house on the property about 1/3 of a mile from the first floor condo or apartment suite. walking distance to estate where Hannah Montana : the movie hoedown & final scene was filmed . Quirky bathroom with bidet , spacious rooms and antiques . Enjoy serenity of trees , pool open till late september of 2022 . phone reception with my verizon is excellent but if u have another carrier might be spotty . Excellent wifi , bring ur guitars and music equipment , rest of the house sound proofed .
