About the Space

This recording studio has everything a solo artist needs. I run a recording business and am happy to help you record if need be. We have the industry-leading Neumann TLM 103 microphone, a Clarett interface, Yamaha HS5 monitors, and a MacBook Pro with Pro Tools installed. I have connections to many audio engineers that I can hook you up with as well after recording. We have an acoustically treated recording booth and a mixing room with a comfortable recliner, and a stocked fridge. Let me know what drinks you want and I’ll hook it up.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The recording booth, the mixing room, and the entire space is cleaned and disinfected between each booking.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
