About the Space
The space has a grand two-story entryway with two stories of windows providing abundant natural light. Wide-plank white oak flooring, brushed brass and black finishes, a mix of vintage and well-curated decor items, vintage rugs, and white walls fill the bulk of the home. A very large open-layout downstairs with kitchen, dining, and living in the space. 9x9 foot windows line the entire downstairs great room. 4 bedrooms, currently 2 of which would be usable for shoots (2 kids rooms being designed now!). A playroom with gorgeous, whimsical wallpaper provides an opportunity for a different type of shoot as well. The exterior is contemporary/modern while still feeling like a "home". There is a landscaped backyard with pool and covered outdoor living space.

Our home is a family home, but we do have a professional cleaning service weekly, and practice diligence with cleanliness. The owner is a doctor, and takes the spread of illness seriously!
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
