About MG Studio
Our renovated warehouse studio is 5,400 sq. ft. of flexible, open floor plan space featuring original exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors and a wooden bow truss ceiling. Skylights throughout the space bring in beautiful natural light, or can be covered for a darker space perfect for production shoots. Amenities include: - Four (4) separate areas/rooms on two floors - Two main event spaces with private green room/lounge and upstairs mezzanine - Full kitchenette with sink, fridge, coffeemaker and dishwasher - Two (2) single-stall restrooms - Sonos surround sound system - Private parking lot - Wi-fi and heat & A/C - Ambient lighting throughout - Ground floor entrance on quiet street for easy load-in/out We have hosted a variety of events and production shoots in our space. Our film/TV clients love our space for the easy load-in/out access and proximity to ample parking for crew and catering.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
