This home is great for small moments or large productions, intimate events, meetings, photo & video shoots. The amazing outdoor areas include 2 covered porches, fire pit, playground, fields, tall woods, trails and pond area. The house is artsy with modern touches. Has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 5400 SF. There are 20 foot ceilings in main living area, 2 fireplaces, and large kitchen with double oven. The theater lounge is perfect for screenings with huge projector area, kitchenette and sectional for comfortable viewing. Located 25 minutes from downtown Nashville

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

From the moment I inquired about booking the space, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had, which made the planning process much smoother. The space itself was absolutely stunning - modern, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect backdrop for my event and all of my guests were in awe of the beautiful decor and layout.

Great, flexible space with a generous host! Though the price isn't exactly as-listed. There was a required insurance that wasn't listed when I booked, and then a long trail of paperwork and identification that's unusual for a Peerspace booking. Regardless, would book again! Such a beautiful home!
