About the Space

Hello! This lovely coach house studio space is across from Trinity Bellwoods park. (shaw and queen) The space has some great gear, microphones, monitors, and of course fun stuff to play and record such as a 6 piece drums set, upright piano, guitars, bass, and synthesizers. It is ~500 Sq feet with a bathroom, kitchenette, cozy loft chill zone and backyard green space with an awesome tree. It can be used for most of your audio needs, and in my experience it is great for: - Producer/singer songwriters. - Writing sessions - All sorts of tracking. I use it primarily for vocals, guitars, keys and drums. - Bands that need a comfortable space to write and rehearse. - Intimate shows, and listening parties. - ~content~ A more detailed gear list can be provided.   • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
