Located on a quiet block in north Belltown, our venue is a freshly renovated Art Deco building with multiple event spaces and charming conference rooms to chose from in our thoughtfully re-imagined commercial office building. Truly one-of-a-kind in Seattle! The Reading Room, located on the Courtyard level, is 2,000 sq ft worth of flexible indoor/outdoor space. The Reading Room comes furnished with four conversation seating areas, perfect for small breakout sessions or having conversations with friends. Additionally, the space includes a 50-person seated meeting area with a 10-ft retractable screen and projector. This space is ideal for group presentations or the special occasion sit-down dinner. The Reading Room also offers the complimentary use of the outdoor Private Courtyard oasis that includes a seated fire table, cafe seating, and thoughtfully designed landscape. The interior capacity hosts 100 guests reception-style, and up to 150 with the use of the Courtyard. Use of the outdoor space is weather dependent. Work directly with our on-site Event Director for all food & beverage options. The building welcomes team workshops, off-site meetings, company gatherings, meet & greets, fundraisers, milestone occasions, and more. Cleaning policy consists of a professional deep-clean between each booking, including spaced out bookings to allow for appropriate and thorough cleaning measures.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
