About the Space
DB Ranch Studios is a secluded 9 acre Ranch with various amenities and old west charm, located in the angelic Apple Valley/Lucerne Valley area, on the edge of the Mojave desert (high desert) minutes away from historic Victorville(Victor Valley) to west and Big Bear Lake to the east. Our ranch has two ranch-style homes available for filming, as well as multiple out-buildings, structures, horse stables, horses, livestock, mature trees, Joshua trees, ranch vehicles and equipment. We have an open desert landscape with mountainous views, with many open areas for constructing sets, etc. This area is well known for attracting artists, visionaries, film productions, company retreats, outdoor events, and more.

Lighting description
Homes are well lit, with curtains or blinds to block out the natural light. Brightest times of the day are Noon to 3pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There are no nearby neighbors at this ranch. The area is generally quiet and secluded. Not many passing vehicles or planes overhead. Soundproofing not needed.

Equipment loading description
There's enough space to bring trucks in and out. Ranch can be easily accessed multiple ways from front or rear of the property. Trucks do not have to be moved.

Electrical system description
Ranch can accommodate 120V power usage. Various outlets are located throughout the houses. Circuit breaker located on the exterior wall at the east side of main house.

General Rules
No smoking inside houses.
No illegal drugs.
No weapons (props ok).
No removal of plants without host approval.
No vehicles may be left overnight.
The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited.
Any intoxicated guests are the responsibility of the reserving party.
Animals are permitted outdoors with prior arrangements.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
Insurance required. Please name "Cherion Estates Inc" as additional insured.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All furniture, props, wall decorations etc can be moved at the discretion of the guest.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Spaces always have clean fresh air. Any ranch equipment used is cleaned and sanitized before next use.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
