Welcome to Platt Park's most meticulously crafted home. Borrowing from Japanese and Scandinavian design, this stylish, open, and modern layout is perfect for product photography, commercial work, and social media productions. Full of natural light with a generous 4,200 square feet for lights, gear, and dollys, full crews can easily set up the perfect shot. The kitchen and living room are the most popular areas, but the shipping container pool and show stopping master bathroom give even more options. Featured as a top home in Dwell Magazine and 5280. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Absolutely delightful for a branding/lifestyle shoot. Beautiful colors and textures, plus incredible natural light. Looks exactly as shown in the pics. Hosts were welcoming and helpful. 100% recommend. Easy on street parking for load in too!
