Located in the thriving art and mill district of Central Falls/downtown Pawtucket, this spacious and light-filled studio is a portrait photographer’s dream. Or as a producer, create all sorts of scenes in our versatile bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, sexy rooftop patio overlooking the city, or in one of our many chic, modern living areas for your video project. There is a separate studio room with multiple desks, microphones and a soundboard for all of your podcast needs! Meet with your clients to plan your shoot or event in a separate work area with additional desk space and lockers. The space could easily accommodate a workshop or event of 25-50 people. We want to provide a clean, safe environment for our guests. The loft is thoroughly cleaned between uses, and by a professional cleaning company on a weekly basis. In addition, we make hand soap, hand sanitizer, disinfecting cleansers, and cleaning equipment available to our guests for their added convenience. Any items left by a previous guest will be discarded. All house trash cans will be lined with a bag to allow for the safe removal of waste. A dumpster is located in the main parking lot for guest use. If there are any maintenance needs, we encourage our guests to contact our property management company at 401-439-0508 (Moises).
