- No smoking or vaping in the home whatsoever - No illegal substances of any kind ( including CBD and all forms of marijuana) - Please use the provided shoe covers or remove your exterior shoes when in the space. Filming, Photo Shoots & Production Please be upfront with what you are looking to do, and we'll be happy to work with you to make your project successful. If you are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music videos, or advertising campaigns please include the following: Total number of crew & talent, Exact hours you will need including load-in/ load-out , setup, and tear down & equipment and lighting specs. Scouting We are happy to accommodate initial location scouts. We will accommodate (1) scout prior to a booking reservation being made. Additional tech/ Director Scouts will only be permitted once the booking has been made and accepted. All scouts are subject to availability, and we will not accommodate scouts during other guests' reservations/productions. Overtime All bookings start and end times are inclusive of setup and tear down, so please include that in your reservation. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Noise We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is 10PM to 7AM Damage Please take care of our space. No nails, screws, or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages ( walls , floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. MISC There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside of the space. No glitter confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke so as not to set off smoke detectors.
