About the Space

Sunny, private and beautiful space located in the heart of Downtown San Mateo. Welcome to our studio! Our bright sunny space is the perfect place to host your next baby shower, engagement party, birthday, dinner party, offsite meeting, corporate event or any type of get together! Newly renovated with original hardwood floors, extraordinary natural light, high ceilings and so much more. This space has wonderful charm and is the perfect creative space to host your next event. Our spacious patio is shaded and can easily accommodate chairs and tables to make a great atmosphere for an outdoor event. Rental includes use of our indoor and outdoor spaces, sinks, refrigerator, (4) 6ft. folding tables and (15) chairs. Guests are welcome to bring in their own vendors, furniture and decorations! We're conveniently located in Downtown San Mateo on 3rd Avenue near El Camino. Walking distance from Caltrain and many wonderful bakeries, restaurants and cafes. Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
