About the Space
Sunny, private and beautiful space located in the heart of Downtown San Mateo. Newly renovated with original hardwood floors, extraordinary natural light, high ceilings and so much more. This is an artist studio with professional lighting. Perfect for space for photo shoots, video recording and more. You will have access to our indoor and outdoor spaces. Rental includes use of our indoor and outdoor spaces, sinks, refrigerator, (4) 6ft. folding tables and (15) chairs. Guests are welcome to bring in their own vendors, furniture and decorations! We're conveniently located in Downtown San Mateo on 3rd Avenue near El Camino. Walking distance from Caltrain and many wonderful bakeries, restaurants and cafes. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Had such a great experience with Ellen’s space. Communication was easy and fast from the moment we booked and we were easily able to add an extra hour when we were running a bit behind on the day of our event. The space was beautiful with great natural light and had plenty of space for the kids who attended to play.

This is a fabulous place to host an event for a group size of anywhere between 40 to 60 people - Ellen was very easy to work with! Great indoor and outdoor area, bright, roomy and easy to reach for all our guests.
