Cooking is a treat in the chefs kitchen w/ modern appliances & large breakfast bar. The adjoining playroom could double as a breakfast nook. Pocket doors span the entire rear wall opening to a courtyard framed by lush foliage, and is one of the house's favorite feature. Upstairs, a bright hallway opens to a big sundeck. Master suite features an en suite bathroom w/ dual sinks separate tub & shower. Stargaze & admire sweeping landscapes from the private roof-deck. Two additional bedrooms complete the level.

The house is thoroughly cleaned every week, with the use of disinfectant where applicable. It's a very low traffic space - we live here, thus we manage the rentals carefully. And if you have any specific needs, we will be happy to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
