About the Space
The arcade is the perfect venue for groups looking to have a unique atmosphere for their photo shoot, music video, or other projects as well as to host events. You enter the arcade at "Reclaim Video", our mock VHS rental store, and then proceed into our 80s living room where we have consoles and VCRs to relive your childhood. Finally the main attraction, the arcade space which boasts over 65 classic arcade and pinball machines in addition to a bar and food truck. Behind the building we have an outdoor patio with seating and a fire table. Our space is located directly off the I-95 corridor with ample parking. There is a train station just a short car ride away and we are an hour south of DC with major airports DCA and IAD serving the area.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
Windows are tinted to provide a darker atmosphere during the day. We have track lighting throughout the arcade with bulbs that can be changed to different colors (typically left on blues and pinks but can also be made white for brighter light or changed to colors of your choice).
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The AC and Refrigerators can add some low level noise to the space. For brief periods of time these can be turned off. Rarely is any sound heard from outdoors and we are not in a busy section of the city.

Equipment loading description
Load in can be done from the front or back of the building. We are ground floor level and have handicap ramps to sidewalk level.

Dry Storage area for food/alcohol storage is off limits
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have multiple breaker boxes in our space which staff can assist with if there are issues. Outlets are placed throughout the arcade and there are a limited number of floor outlets in areas closer to the center of the arcade. When shooting with all games on, be mindful of power draw in combination with the games that are plugged in on various circuits.

General Rules
Outside catering is allowed, though we also have a food truck onsite that can provide catering for your event.
No outside alcohol is permitted. We have a bar that can serve craft beer, wine, cider, and canned cocktails in addition to non-alcoholic beverages.
Smoking is only permitted on the back patio.
While there is no cleaning fee associated with the use of our space, it is the expectation that our guests leave the arcade in the same clean state that they entered.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Any furniture that is moved will need to be moved back within the scheduled time. Please allow any time necessary for reset when booking. Wall decorations should only be moved if approval is obtained from the on-site assistant.
Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
As a business we utilized a commercial security package that includes cameras in all main areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our staff take great care to sanitize all surfaces and ample time is added between any bookings for a deep clean of the space. We also have outdoor space available for use during hosted events.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:

- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
