Co Working Space. SAFE well lit, easy access to building huge parking lot and conveniently located. Our Creative Space has 2 large rooms multi deco sets and daylight if needed. Available for: A Photography/ Selfie Studio, Content Creation Space Auditions, Art Shows Classroom, Host your own Studio Photo Specials or Sessions, Fashion Walk, Open House, Networking Hour, or Pop Up shop • Photo/Film Shoot • Blogging/Youtube Videos • Podcasts/Interviews • Movies/Films • Tik Tok Videos/Social Media On sight we have a bowling alley, tattoo shop, barbershop, large parking lot liquor store, and empty field for filming and scenes at additional rates. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
The space has informational signage including:
