• The whole space is 8000 SQF with 2 studios: Studio A and studio B. • Studio B is a separate listing from studio A. • Bay 1 is a part of studio A with a 14 ft high cyclical wall and about 20 ft wide x 25 ft deep. Whole studio A can be rented as well. • For productions with large amount of people, check out our other listings, whole studio A and studio B. • Check our add-on section for lighting options, props, backdrops, etc. • You can bring you own lighting, we do charge a small fee for using our professional lighting (we have several options for both photo & video). • We have mobile clothing racks & a steamer. • Several options for chairs, stools, couches, props, decor. • Hair and makeup station/ designated area. • We have a resident hair and makeup artists, needs to be booked separately and ahead of time! • Complimentary coffee, water, and soda station. • Complimentary WiFi. • The studio has 2 restrooms. • You can check out all of our listings by clicking on our host profile photo. • For car shoots, renting all of studio A is required. • A Bluetooth speaker is available in every room - What activities work well in your space? Photoshoots, video recording, events (we host fashion events, pop-ups, networking, private parties, music shows, film screenings) - What is the layout of the space and how can different areas be used? We have 2 main studios (studio A 3600 SQF, studio B 900 SQF, the common area 3200 SQF, and a large conference room). Studio A comes with garage access (we do car shoots weekly) and this studio can host a large team with a lot of gear. You can rent the whole cyc wall (3 corners) or only one corner (one bay). Studio B is private in the back part of the building with a large door. - What unique features or amenities does your space have? Garage access, back yard, very high ceilings, industrial look. Lots of furniture and probs. Bluetooth speaker in every room.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
