Large Multi-Stage conveniently located in the heart of Burbank. Over 11,000 sq ft of Blank creative space ready to host your event! Break out the red carpet and feel like a movie star on a real working studio where dozens of music videos, commercials, and movies have been filmed. A large space runs the length of our studio with plenty of room for catering setups, tables and chairs, mingling, etc. Off of that space are our TWO stages. Our CYCLORAMA stage is prelit with colorful LED lights. This makes a wonderful spot for photo ops or dancing! The second BLACKBOX STAGE is a large open area, perfect for live music and dancing! And, of COURSE we have: VIP Greenroom area with private bathroom. Hair/Makeup Room with dual vanities Additional private greenroom/wardrobe room Hi-Speed Wifi Free air-conditioning! Three additional bathrooms Plenty of street parking in a quiet neighborhood! Space rental includes a starter supplies package of: (10) fold-out tables, (30) chairs, (12) director's chairs, fans, first aid kit.

Our kitchenette consists of a refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and fresh water dispenser. We do not have a stove or oven on site. Warming dishes or chafing dishes recommended. Your vendor can grill in the parking area. Food trucks or caterers are welcomed.
There's a "back bar" kitchen area perfect for food storage and setup.
10 tables are included with your space rental. 5 are 6ft. 5 are 8ft.
30 folding chairs are included. They are white/cream color. We have an additional 120 available for rental.
The 'VIP' area will have comfortable couches and chairs. We recommend for responsible folk only to be allowed in these rooms - they are expensive.
We have some "backup" microphones available on standby for rental. We highly recommend for your DJ to bring their own sound setup or to rent a sound setup from another vendor.

We are a Lighting Rental House for Film/Television/Music Videos/Commercials. We have all popular brands in stock and offer a 25% discount on in stock items if you rent all of your grip and lighting gear from us. If you must bring in your own G&E gear, there is a $250 corkage fee.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

We were extremely satisfied with the rental, the stage is high quality and comes with plenty of space to work and keep talent comfortable. The convenience of the space doubling as a G&E rental house is amazing, as our rentals were waiting for us on site when we arrived. Jeremy the stage rep was also very helpful and responsive on the day.

This studio is the best studio space in LA. Plenty of parking at the studio for a crew of any size. Multiple use studio, white cyc, black box, etc. you name it, they got it! Jeremy the owner is an absolutely amazing person who was incredibly helpful our entire time we were there. As someone who’s always looking for ease of production and ease for the crew this studio was so easy for everyone. The green rooms, Bathrooms and kitchen were super clean and comfortable. The best studio set up in LA hands down.
