EVENT SPACE GENERAL RULES No smoking in the building No alcohol in the building Intoxicated guests are NOT allowed in the building - NO EXCEPTIONS No excessive loud music in the building No running or playing of any sort in the building No cooking or frying of any sort in the venue and no eating in the boutique area The Renter and Renter's guests must keep an eye on their children at all times No weapons in the building No fighting in the building Decorations are allowed to be placed on the walls using regular scotch tape Prior to exiting the venue all tables and walls must be cleared and floors must be swept All guests must adhere to their event space rental start and end time. Additional event space rental time will not be provided to the Renter or the Renter’s guests who are late. The Renter and all the Renter's guests must exit the venue no later than 15 minutes past the event end time. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $75 security deposit is due prior to the start of the event. The security deposit is taken to reserve the event date, for property damages that may occur during the rental period, or if there is a breach of contract regarding the Event Space General Rules. The security deposit will be returned to the Renter as long as actual damages were not done to the venue during the rental period and the Event Space General Rules were complied.
