About the Space
Light filled Westchester Tudor home mixed with modern decor, recently renovated in 2021 with high ceiling with a vintage chandelier, working fireplace. Other areas such as our backyard, dining room and kitchen are available upon request with additional fee. Our home is located 15mins away walk from the metro north train station. Ideal for photography and video shoots (magazine, lifestyle, food & still life, portraits, film sets, podcasts, interviews, product shoots, social media content).

General Rules
No smoking, drugs. Pets based upon request.
The home shall be returned to its original condition, or additional charges may apply.
Booking time includes all set up and wrap up time. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x, and if the home is not left as it was found, a cleaning fee will be charged.
No nails, screws, staples, tapes or items to be used in the space that could damage the walls. No glitter is allowed.
Decoration and small furniture may be moved out but remain on the premises.
Outside catering is allowed, but must be eaten outdoors. Please no shoes or wear booties to protect the floor.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
