About the Space
Our stunning conference room holds up to 15 people. Fully equipped for all your presentation needs. If you are looking to hold a private meeting or event we also rent our conference room and common area for reasonable rates. Our common area comes equipped with a full kitchen. If you require rental space we have the answer. China Hall is the perfect place for your rental needs we have so much character. Common space and conference room can double as party space. Our conference room is a great place for your podcast, meeting, or presentations. It has also been rented as a place to hold your gaming events. Our Common space has been used for photo shoots, as an Art Gallery, Party Space, Fashion Shows, DJs have held events, and private parties. If space is what you're looking for reach out to us. We are able to accommodate most requests.

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
