About the Space

Offices at China Hall are Rochester's newest co-working location. We believe that collaboration doesn't have to come at the cost of personal space. Each office comes equipped with everything you need to get work done (wifi, utilities, access to conference rooms, a fully functioning kitchen, and plenty of natural light!), all for a flat rate. Long-term and Short-Term leasing and reserved parking are available just as us for details. Member pricing to include extra amenities. Our stunning conference room is free for member use, day or night. Holds up to 15 people. Fully equipped for all your presentation needs. This space can also be rented by the hour for non-members. If you are looking to hold a private meeting we also are open to the rental of our conference room and common area for reasonable rates. Our common area comes equipped with a full kitchen. If you require rental space we have the answer. China Hall is so much more than boring office space we have so much character which makes coming to work fun. Common space and conference room can double as party space. Our conference room is a great place for your podcast.

Health and Safety Measures

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
