About the Space
What makes us unique: -Textured concrete gray wall. -Brand new set with a staircase to sit on, and arch wall with curtains. -Outdoor patio with a beautiful vine wall, perfect as a photo backdrop. -Seamless paper, and props are available for use with all rentals. -Additional lighting and camera equipment is available to rent. (Need to put the request in ahead of time). Palm Studio is a 1200 Sq Ft creative space available for photography, film, meetings, and more. The beautifully furnished space offers a two-tone setting (dark or light). One pull of seamless color comes free with your booking. If you need a specific color please let me know in advance. If you'd like to purchase a new roll of any color I can do that for $30 with 48 hours notice. Please note that the $30 is getting you two pulls from this new roll. You do not get to keep the entire roll. If you'd like to purchase a full roll and keep it the cost is $97.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
