Located in the famous Ironbound Section of Newark, this space is housed within a building constructed in the late 1800s that was once a button factory, then converted to a school and is now a multi-purpose facility available to you 7 Days. This space is built out as a 2,000 square foot Boxing Gym, with a ring, bags and equipment. Have your next Party, Themed Event, Corporate Function or training session in a unique facility. Features: Solid foundation, industrial style windows, speakers included, access to two bathrooms, high ceilings, boxing ring, punching bags, matted floors, open space - Fits 200 standing or 80 seated maximum capacity - Rental hours does not include set up and clean up - Large Parking Lot - 2nd floor - 2 bathrooms - Outside Food & Beverage Allowed - Table and chair rentals available - ask onsite Management for additional details

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
