The space was good, lots of light. The only complain I have is that we paid for cleaning fee but the place wasn’t cleaned properly. Also it would be nice to have a broom or vacuum there so it would be easier for us to clean after ourselves.

The space was very cool. Our party guests really enjoyed both upstairs and downstairs, and the high ceilings and natural light gave the party a fresh and elevated vibe. The space hosts were also accommodating and communicative. A few things made us uncomfortable during our stay — first, the space wasn’t clean. There were cake smears on the tables and splatters on the floor. Like an insane amount of crumbs. And some garbage strewn about. I’m assuming the hosts didn’t know. We cleaned a bit ourselves before calling in an onsite cleaning crew, but later we found they didn’t clean much at all. Not even the crumbs on the floor. Another issue was other people entering the venue while we were in the middle of our party. Someone came upstairs with a laptop and headset to take work meetings, and another person came and asked us when we would be done before heading upstairs. Then a whole group followed and they brought a dog, which was unleashed and ran downstairs to where we were cleaning up and started digging through our things. This frightened several guests and one member of our party had to sternly ask the person upstairs to keep their dog leashed and away from us. Overall, I liked the venue and how accommodating the host staff were. I did not like the condition of the venue or the lack of privacy.

This space was amazing! The community management team was so helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. Everyone at the event complimented the property for being so well maintained and beautifully furnished. My only suggestion would be to communicate with your party about parking and locating the venue, as it could be a bit confusing for some. Other than that, 10/10 will be booking future events here!

Space was wonderful for our needs and staff were very courteous and communicative. The space is larger than it looks in the photos and parking was also generous.

Space was clean, wonderful, and convenient for guests to find with plenty of parking. The temperature in the room was a bit warm (thermostat says 72°F, maybe around 68°F would have been better). We had around 30 people so when they started to gather, the room (especially the loft) got hotter. I would suggest a small guide set inside a cabinet drawer on how to turn on/off lights and fans, where to put the trash/recycling, and other bits of rules to follow. Check-in process went really smooth.
