Seattle Loft 305 is a 1,200 sq ft editorial loft studio in SODO designed for fashion shoots, portraits, UGC content, brand campaigns, video productions, and creative teams. Created by photographer Prince Davis, the space blends soft north-facing natural light, 15-foot ceilings, contemporary furniture, modular shooting zones, seamless backdrop options, and production-ready amenities into one refined creative environment.
The studio works like multiple sets in one open loft: a natural-light window zone, editorial lounge set, seamless production area, kitchen/content corner, and flexible open floor for custom builds. Whether you are shooting model tests, social content, interviews, e-commerce, campaigns, or lifestyle imagery, the space is built to feel elevated while staying practical for real productions.
Best for: fashion shoots, portrait photography, model tests, UGC content, brand campaigns, product content, video interviews, lifestyle shoots, workshops, and small creative productions.
IMPORTANT ACCESS NOTE:
The freight elevator in the building is currently out of service, and the studio is not wheelchair accessible at this time. We are actively working with building management to resolve this as soon as possible. Seattle Loft 305 is located on the 3rd floor, so please plan load-in and accessibility needs accordingly.
