Please take the time to read through the rules prior to booking. By booking this reservation, you agree to the additional policies, terms, and conditions set forth below.
-No parties or events unless otherwise approved by the owner in advance.
-Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing
-Please be courteous & respectful of the neighbors! No loud noise should be heard beyond the property line during quiet hours between 10:00pm and 8:00am

-This home is NOT suitable for children & infants
- No smoking
- SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please be advised that pools and hot tubs can be dangerous! Guests should observe common safety precautions at all times. Lifeguards are not provided. Decks and patios can be slippery when wet and can result in injury to anyone who is not careful. Guest accepts and assumes all risks & responsibilities involved in or related to the use of the pool and deck/patio areas. Do not tamper with any pool equipment, any guests who do so risk a minimum penalty of $250. Guest accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to any of the following recreational equipment of any kind, including but not limited to: pool equipment, floating devices, pool, fire pit, BBQ, ping pong tables, games or sports equipment.
*SECURITY CAMERAS: There is an exterior doorbell camera located at the front entrance that records upon motion. There are two additional security cameras, one that faces the front yard. The second security camera looks over the entire backyard. These are in place for your safety and protection! Please do not touch, cover or tamper with the cameras. Doing so will result in an eviction of the guests and all occupants immediately, and the guest will be charged a minimum service fee of $250 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.
There are NO cameras inside the home.
Please have common courtesy at the home by keeping it clean, reporting any problems or damages, washing dishes as used, cleaning up any spills or messes, taking garbage to the outside bins, and not re-arranging furniture.
Do not set the thermostat(s) below 70 degrees as it will not cool any faster, and could freeze up the system, causing damage to the units. If the air conditioner(s) are set below 70 degrees, resulting in damages to the system(s), the guest will be charged for any necessary repairs to the system(s).
If excessive wear and tear is found in the home after your stay, or additional cleaning is necessary due to decorations, spills, trash left on site, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the guest authorizes the homeowner to charge for additional fees. The guest will be provided with a receipt for any additional fees incurred upon request or as required by local laws or regulations. If at any time the maximum number of the home’s occupants is exceeded or if we receive information about excessive noise, the owner has the right to evict the guests and all occupants immediately, and to charge the guest a minimum service fee of $250 with no refund for the balance of the remaining reservation.
*Failure to adhere to the rules may result in deductions from the security deposit and/or other penalties.
The guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges the homeowners and those in connection with homeowners, from any claims, demands, and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the guest, his/her guests or other occupants of the home as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy of the home, and agrees to hold the homeowner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this agreement, or their principals, agents, successors or assignees the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.
