About the Space
Our beautiful space features tropical plants and comfy white couches. Great for photoshoots or filming. The ceiling is open and so are the walls which lets light of light in. They layout of the space is an area with two couches and across from the couches is a huge mirror and table with a salon chair. The bathroom is next to the salon in the outside patio area. We have both a powerful heater and air conditioner for the space.

We can fit 2-3 cars in our driveway. There is street parking that is free.

Lighting description
The windows are open and are all around the space, up on the ceiling as well. Natural light can be controlled with curtains if the production has that asset. The space is brightest from 10am to 3pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are in a quiet residential area and you cannot hear neighbors that much. We are not on a busy street, it is a residential area. You cannot hear any appliances or AC.

Equipment loading description
You can pull into the driveway which is 15 feet from the salon venue to unload. The entrance does not require a ramp. Loading trucks need to be moved to street parking.
No staging area available
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
The main house next to the salon is off limits. The rental is only for the salon area and the patio area.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We do not know the power rating of the space but crews are welcome to scout the venue in advance to assess. There are about a dozen outlets inside the salon throughout the space. The circuit breaker is located out in the patio.

General Rules
No smoking in the building but you can smoke in the patio outside.
Outside catering is allowed and can be set up in the outdoor patio area.
Alcohol is allowed if needed for scenes or photography setups.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be removed from the building but it needs to be placed back in the same spot it was originally. Wall decorations can be removed but they must be placed back where they were after the shoot.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use high grade cleaning solvents to disinfect the space. All high touch areas are wiped down.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
