Saturday and Sunday packages: - 6-hour room rental: $650. Setup and cleanup must fit within the 6-hour booking. - Full-day package: $900. Access begins at 10 am, the event must end by 11 pm and cleanup-only access continues until 11 pm. The room must be cleaned and fully vacated by 11 pm. - Sunday also offers a 3-hour booking at $150 per hour ($450). Setup and cleanup must fit within that 3-hour booking. Events may begin accessing the room from 10 am on approved event dates. Your confirmed booking will state your exact arrival and departure times. A 10 am opening time does not mean you can enter before your booked arrival time. All setup and cleanup time must be included in your confirmed access window. For daytime events, allow at least 30 minutes at the end of your booking for cleanup. For evening events, allow a full hour. All events must end by 10 pm, and everyone must be out with cleanup complete by 11 pm. An earlier booked departure time still applies; 11 pm is a final cutoff, not an extension. Please let us know and we will have tables and chairs arranged for you. Black tablecloths are available for $10 each. Speakers, microphone and board to hook up to phone or tablet are available for an additional fee. We do offer entire hotel bookings without lodging to allow access to the entire property. This includes the patio, dining and game area and event room for larger gatherings. This is based on current bookings. Off season availability. Additional early-access time is $100 per hour and must be approved and added to the booking in advance. Overstaying is not permitted. There is no free setup before the booking or cleanup after it.
