About the Space
Grow is a 6,700 sq ft residential compound. On the compound there is a 2,300 square foot house with 4 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which sleeps 8, a 100 foot outdoor heated pool spa, and a 4500 square foot Production and Event space with 21 foot high ceilings and dining and seating for 25 people. There are 2 massive JBL sound systems - one in each structure. The event space, the designer house, and the outdoor pool spa are all equip with color remote hand controlled changeable led lighting. The enormity of the scale creates an easy to attain epic element for film shoots and parties. Futuristic design elements created by the designer of Invisible House and photogenic furniture combined with close proximity to the legendary Giant Rock lend a science fiction feel to the location.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
