Stunning, freshly completed designer home & recording studio on 1 acre in the country, 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Featuring an open floor plan, the house is filled with mid-century modern decor and vintage music equipment. Highlights include a wrap-around porch, farmhouse kitchen, arched doorways, + white walls & wide-plank floors throughout. Perfect for photo/video shoots, writing retreats, and recording. Specs: 1400 sq ft, 2 bedroom, + a 600 sq ft back house on a wooded hilltop.

Very cool vibe. Used the kitchen + living area for a music video shoot and the look was exactly what we needed. Great communication from the host. Would definitely use this space again.
