About the Space
It is currently a construction safety school that teaches OSHA and other safety courses from the NYC Department of Buildings. Space is available for other trainings, seminars and workshops. This is also good for meetings, photo shoots. There's also access to a yard. There is a small office that can be requested if needed.

Deep cleaning is always done on a daily basis. There is careful attention to disinfecting of all areas. There are signs that provide information about covid. Masks are also available. Ask if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
