This historic property consists of a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom farmhouse, a historic barn, and a detached garage. The house is 4,354 square feet; it has 10 rooms and 5 bathrooms, plus an attic and basement. A section of the house was built in 1810 in the Greek Revival/Federalist style, with additions completed at later dates. The property consists of 14 acres. The property is believed to have been developed in the 1800’s as a working cattle and dairy farm, originally with hundreds of acres of farmland, by a descendant of early Dutch settlers of Dutchess County. The house has been gutted to the studs inside and is not currently able to host shoots in its interior due to ongoing repairs and renovations; HOWEVER, until the renovations are completed, the land, the exterior of the house, and the exterior of the barn can be used for film shoots.
