Whether you are hosting an event of shooting your own content let our space serve as a calming retreat for your next project's needs. Natural light pours into the space through large South facing windows. The interior is established with the original naturally exposed brick and decked in our favorite plant babies creating a tranquil indoor oasis. Spreading across nearly 900 square feet the space can comfortably fit 80 people standing and 50 seated. Host your next holiday party, live show, or corporate meeting in your new favorite space to commune. The studio area has reams of paper and lights for your creative projects. We are a multi use studio space which is home to Vallejo's only indoor plant store.

At the conclusion of its event, the Renter is required to: • Shut and lock all windows. • Turn off all lights, fans and speaker if used. • LOCK ALL DOORS AND TAKE ALL TRASH WITH YOU
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
