Villa Palermo

An impressively refined, majestically authentic Mediterranean villa, nestled behind privacy gates and a beautifully tiled fountain in the middle of Hollywood. Stately rooms display heavy beams, intricate ironwork, stone and hardwood floors, coffered ceilings and endless character details that collectively define the epitome of classic early California living. This is a large space that can accommodate a large number of guests. There are multiple outdoor spaces that can be used for filming, photoshoots and events. There is a large pool w/cabana and city views, courtyard embellished with antique Spanish tile and fireplace, sports court, grassy lawn, al fresco grilling terrace, state-of-the-art movie theatre, and waterfall. For bookings we allow access to the first floor of the home, and all exterior spaces. We have plenty of street parking that we can provide via parking passes
