Small gatherings up to 20 sitting or 30 standing. Children’s birthday, workshops, meetings, baby-showers, birthdays, popups. Has a small lounge area for about 5 people, and same time can accommodate 20 sitting with 2 6ft tables and folding bamboo chairs. Has wheelchair accessible bathroom. Small Kitchenette area with mini fridge and small microwave. Outside food is allowed, no open fire, no sternos, no candles, no sparkles.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
