David and this home are a cut above the rest. He was very easy to work with, responsive and flexible with our needs. The home is even better in person and has everything we needed to host a beautiful evening for our wedding welcome party. The views were stunning , the decor was perfect and the property was beautifully manicured. We can’t wait to find another event to host here again!

This property was perfect for our shoot with so many amazing little spots to get everything we needed. The pictures of the outdoor space definitely does not do it justice as we found a ton of additional areas that we could use for the shots we needed. It’s a very large and comfortable space to with 2 separate staging areas that you can use for wardrobe, hair & makeup, and equipment. David was also extremely easy to work with and a very considerate and kind host.
