- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Hello, I would definitely love to say Ms. Shpresa really made me feel welcome. She's a wonderful person to talk with, and I really do appreciate you! Also, as for the space, it was beautiful the niaghberhood was perfect it's clean and quiet and you have everything you need for your events plus you have a security guard. And my family loves it. Also, I had a Sneaker 16th Birthday party for my son 💙 who also shares a birthday with his father. Go book the SPACE!

We loved the space. It very beautifully done. The host is amazing. She is very responsive and respectful. We had a Ramadan Iftar Dinner and was she so respectful and cooperative with us.

The absolute best venue! It is amazing. It has everything that you need. The pictures do not do it justice you should book this. Shpresa is awesome. Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. The area is perfect. Your events will be next level here!!

Not only was this space a clean and beautiful blank canvas for my grandmother’s 90th birthday, the owner, Shpresa is just wonderful! She was prompt in responding to any questions leading up to the big day. She was accommodating, and helped bring ease to any concerns. Most important, Shpresa runs her business from her heart. To see people gather with their loved ones and have a good time at her venue. That is what I was most grateful for during the hectic planning of my event. The venue provides many essential needs for an event like a speaker and a full size refrigerator! (a plus)! To add the cherry on top, our event security Isaac was awesome! Friendly, professional, and helpful. I would definitely book this space again.

Shpresa's venue was very clean and spacious. Communication was amazing and she was very responsive and she was very accommodating. There is no parking lot but street parking is not hard to find, it is in a residential place. The venue had everything we needed, I would highly recommend this venue!
