About the Space

Photo Studio for portrait, fashion , commercial or product photography . -Two shooting areas 1) Camera room 18x36' and 11' celings. a) Stobe lights: Main & Fill light. Hair and kicker light. b) Many backgrounds: Musin, Canvas and some paper backgrounds, Carpets, plus backgrounds for outdoor set design: rubberized floors, artificial turf, moss and trees. c) Props: 1 adult Swing (celing mount installed), chairs, chase, tables, stools, creates, trunks, fence, barrell, pillars. For children: Tire swing, twig swing bench, washbasin, stick ladder, christening bench, wagon, antique trike, wheelbarrow, plus many other childrens props and clothes: many classic and vintage items 2) Window light shooting area 18x12 and 11' celings. a) The window light area can also be used as a gallery or waiting area. b) Twin bed, window sil, carpet, vinal background floors c) Window scrims for diffusion & curtains. 3) One bathroom / dressing room. 4) Sales room with digital projecter, screen and cart (for your laptop) 4) Framing area with workspace, instalation tools and glass. 4) Also available for rent is an Artist Creative work space/office for painters or other mediums with lots of window light.

Equipment loading description

Street entrance. Front door will prop open. Door width is 36" There is a back door but you'll have to open it from the inside after you turn off the alarm. Plus the alley going to the back door has a padlock on the gate. The street parking has a limit of 2 hours but they have never ticketed people in the 36 years Ive been here. After you unload you could move your truck to the parking lot next to the building.

Staging area is available

Makeup area: You can use the gallery/lobby using natural light. Dressing area: Clothes rack if you bring one can be set up and used in the sales room which is in the middle of the studio for wardrobe and changing. Vs the bathroom for changing which is in the camera room and is small, its a one person bathroom. Sales room: There's no door on this room, there's he table in the center of the room. Backroom is a prop room, framing center. You can put your personal items back here for safety during the shoot. There is a door between the prop room and the front half of the studio aka client area.

Electrical system description

-120 Voltage -Many outlets -Warning: If you overload the power strip that is under the Norman power pack by using a portable heater or blow dryer it will throw the circuit. The circut fuse box is around the corner of the front door. Push the reset is a push button on the old round fuse, the fuse. Plug your heater or blow dryer in the outlit by the dresser and mirror.

General Rules

No smoking of any kind inside. No Marijuana out front door. No alcohol unless approved by owner. Leave the space the way you found it. Vacume and clean bathroom after your appointment. Take out the trash.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

-Furniture can be moved to a different room. -Furniture must be picked up, not dragged. -Wall art can be removed and put back.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

One security in the camera room that is pointing toward the front door. Only the one owner can review the footage.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

-Studio will be cleaned and sanutized prior to your arrival -Paper towels and antibacterial cleanser will be provided

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
