Our designer crafted, light-filled 2900 sqft home is the perfect space for single or multi-day shoots, small retreats and off-site work sessions. The entire home was meticulously designed with high-end modern finishes, most of the furnishings are Room & Board with some antique finishes. It's a little slice of Southern California nestled in the quiet Denver Sunnyside neighborhood The first floor has an open floor plan. The chef's kitchen is the highlight of the room equipped with high-end finishes, appliances and open shelving. The 12ft island separates the kitchen from the living area with gas black tiled fireplace and large sliding wall of windows opening up onto the outdoor dining area and back yard (new outdoor furniture on back order and set to deliver in the late spring). To date we've had several photoshoots using the chef's kitchen due to the space's ability to accommodate multiple cameras. Additional features of the first floor include formal dining room with 6-ft table (can seat 8), sunny mudroom with window seat and a cozy den with large television. Upstairs you'll find a master suite drenched in sunlight, balcony overlooking back yard and views of downtown. The master bath has an extra large modern white tub and the largest walk-in shower you've ever seen and ample closet space that can be used as dressing areas. The two large light-filled guest rooms have queen beds and ensuite bathrooms beautifully appointed with fabulous linens and Aesop skincare and haircare products.
