Specifically, this includes: - 6 Feet distance Between Workstations - Hourly Cleaning and Disinfecting - Hand Sanitizer Stations Throughout the Space - Mask Required - Safe Food & Beverage Service - Safety Signage Posted On-Site - Safety Pathways to Direct Foot Traffic - Individual Restrooms This studio space features: - Approx. 2000 sq ft (48' x 42.5') - 23’ high ceilings (to the support beams above) - Distribution box with 100 amp, 3 phase power - Ground floor accessible with truck-height loading doors & optional cart/dolly/wheelchair ramp - PLEASE NOTE: Bookings must cover a 10 hr day. Overtime and weekends are possible for an additional fee with advance notice. This is also just one of our many studios and creative spaces available in our 20,000 total sq ft space. Each studio space comes included with 4 directors chairs, 1 table with folding chairs, apple boxes, sandbags, hampers, parking (as available), and limited access to our upstairs coworking space and conference rooms. We also have partnerships with lighting & grip, camera, and production rental houses to help arrange anything else you may need for your project. The rest of our building features a common lounge area with Cafe kitchen and coffee machine, large men's & women's restrooms, and lots of beautiful gallery art on display throughout the space. We're located in West Berkeley (San Francisco East Bay) just a short drive or bus ride (7 min drive/35 min walk) from the Ashby Bart station, and a quick walk to many great food and dining options in the area including Berkeley Bowl West (8 min walk). It's also very accessible from San Francisco via the 580 freeway (20 min drive from San Francisco Civic Center).

Health is our top priority. With our updated COVID-response, we ensure to keep our space sanitized and safe. To keep you safe, we are doing the following: Our staff is trained on CDC, state and local health guidelines and is C19CO and SafeSet certified. Masks are mandatory in the building. With 30' high ceilings, expansive studios stretching over 44,000 square feet and windows that reach the ceiling, we are able to provide air ventilation throughout our space. Hand sanitizer is located at the entrances of all common areas and studios. Exterior high contact areas, such as handles, keys and lock boxes, are sanitized regularly. With the help of our partners, equipment is cleaned and disinfected upon return. We have sanitation kits and PPE available onsite. Touchless Thermometers are available on site for personal use.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
