Built in 1934 and located just off of the Historic Downtown Denton Square, this 4,000 sq ft. ground-floor unconditioned space is completely open with original, rustic brick walls, high wooden-planked ceilings, metal windows, steel beams, and concrete floor. There is a double garage door with direct access from the alley to the space for easy load-in. We DO allow vehicles in the warehouse. The space is ideal for photo and film shoots, easily accommodating large crews. The space is connected to a 2,000 sq ft. recording studio that can also be used for live recording or shooting for an additional fee. There is an air-conditioned "green room" space with a sofa just off the warehouse that can be used for hair & makeup, a client waiting room, work space, or just overflow space that is also included with the warehouse space. The price increases by $25/hour for each additional 10 people. We offer "early morning hours" from 7am - 9am, and "evening" hours from 6pm-10pm at $100/hour.
