About the Space
We are located in the heart of Santa Monica with more than 4750 square feet of commercial office space to work with. The building comes with 15ft to 20ft ceilings with modern finishes, including exposed concrete flooring and a wood wall with natural curvature that runs through the space revealing secret doors to 3 separate rooms. It also includes a full chefs kitchen and comes fully furnished with state of the art office furniture. Private gated parking in the back of the building with 6 spots and ample street parking with meters.

General Rules
No smoking in the building.
No tampering with wood-panelled wall.
Returning furniture back to its original position should you choose to rearrange.

Security cameras and recording devices
9 security cameras throughout the common spaces of the building that record video and audio. Cameras are not present in restrooms nor private offices. Cameras can be kept on or turned off.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Throughout the week we have high touch surfaces and shared amenities frequently disinfected. Additionally, between bookings we have a licensed cleaner come in to do a deep clean.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:
